Welcome to Vineyard Hills Homeowners Association of Oak Bluffs, MA

Our community intends to maintain and grow with best practices in environmental sustainability, historic neighborhood value, and our land preservation. Established in 1981 – Vineyard Hills features share land space, natural woodland setting,  greenbelt preservation, and access to Lagoon Pond.  

Our VHHA community by-laws may contain specific guidelines that are or are not inherently inclusive of Oak Bluff Town guidelines; our efforts and focus are specific to sustainable and natural choices for our community’s land, sea and greenbelt provisions.
